They saw me a handful of times, then refused to see me again. They started work and never finished it. The old lady at the front refused to schedule anymore appts for me and told me to find another office. My assumption is that they are discriminating against me because I have Medicaid. That is a shame, extremely unprofessional and uncaring on their part.

First visit was great. I thought I had to go in for X-rays and come back for the work but he did the work on the first visit. He was very personable and so was his assistant. This office was great!

He is an excellent experienced Dr. His office is clean and organize, his staff are nice and kind, they listen and help you the best, he counts with hi-tech equipment in case you needed, he takes his time to talk with you and understand your needs and concerns, as well he explains clearly his findings and discuss with you the possible solutions.

Dentist is good, dr. purohit .informed and professional BUT the customer service at the front desk and the staff is very bad, rude and unprofessional!!!!TOTALLY AVOID THIS FACILITY!!!! Whats seriously wrong:Lack of respect at front desk by the old lady (i think its the doc's wife- pragna) to anybody especially to a senior citizen lady. The attitude is absolutely disgusting and indecent and lack of professionalism. They make you wait for an hour after the appointment time and then they say its lunch time! The door is locked and nobody attends you while you wait in the sitting area. The front desk just disappeared after giving us paperwork and made us wait for 45 minutes before taking x-rays. the nurse took the xrays after leaving an 83 year old lady waiting for 15 minutes just in the xray room. Nurse is highly incompetent with responsiblity, no empathy towards seniors and looked seriously just lazy and careless. After asking them for attention since the patient is a senior lady with vertigo issues and is already tired , the front desk old lady says - i dont know what you want, you have to wait!!!There have been 90 plus seniors here! . She keeps repeating that and has nothing else to say. It is almost unbelievable worst customer service experience when you are told by the front desk that they dont know what you want after you complain to them that you are waiting for 30 -45 minutes before being heard! A professional place would offer a polite apology to sorry keep you waiting.After waiting for an hour to see the dentist, the dentist finally saw us at 12:40pm. If the front desk lady don't understand what we want, they need to be more empathetic and patiently understand the patient concern. If they dont have time to see a patient, they should not give out appointments. The staff definitely needs to go for a change. On being asked repeatedly send a copy of the xrays to us, did she email us a copy, otherwise i think the lady did not even want to email us the xrays which we deserve to get. I can see there are other similar experience reviews here , so i can believe that these reviews are genuine.WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
