WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY.. THEIR SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU MISS PAYMENTS EVEN IF YOU HAVE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. THUS, THEY MAKE ALL THESE FEES AND CHARGES AND START SENDING THREADS.
WORST OF ALL, THEIR AGENTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE NONCHALANT, AND CONDESCENDING AND TALK TO YOU WITH SO MUCH ATTITUDE.

When you apply for heloc you have to apply for refinance the house and they convert it to heloc then you talk to multiple agents credit approved and then underwriting department declined and you like to talk to them the dont pick up phone and they dont care to help you worst customer service for not care about your only about them self because bank have rate for heloc is over 10% not recommended to even apply and waisted on my energy to provide all the documentation

Bad bank to do business with; always inventing fees for services that were free; failed to except payoff when agreed !!
I will never do business with them again !!

Flagstar bank is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with. They have no customer service and have no idea what theyre doing. No one says the same thing. Never will deal with them again.

Had a horrible experience after talking to numerous agents and not being taken serious nor them actually do their job. They expect the cusotmer to do all the work and not professional at all. They also increased my mortgage due to their lack to acquire a document that they needed and never informed me. Not once but twice and I have to do all the work for them. for me then to take forever to make any adjustments. Think twice before going with Flagstar. it was a mistake to go with Flagstar
