        I dont understand whats the point of having a drive thru if you are going to ask people to come in? And waste my time if you have a drive thru service and not let customers use it. The time before this, I had another issue, I called to get change and by the time I got to the bank I was told that change needed to be called in and that next time they would not help me, I let them know I had called and I was told that I didnt.

        Terrible service, always missing money from the clerks or ATM. Super slow workers, the ATM machine is always being faulty.

        I dont ever write reviews but I been banking with BBT for years now and I never really experienced any problems. Only reason Im leaving a review is because the Teller Leslie makes my deposits really easy to accomplish and she actually noticed my birthday was coming up in a week and she decided to write Happy early birthday on my slip - little things like this go a long way. I appreciate you Leslie you have been very helpful and I hope you get a raise for this review. Thank you for that small detail I will continue to bank here for many years to come. Thank you!!
