This company will do a good job for you if they do it right the first time. As far as any follow up work goes... Forget it! I had them install a backyard deck for me, and I was pleased with the speed and efficiency of their work. A few months later, I asked them to power wash and stain the same deck. The stain was hurriedly and sloppily applied, leaving the color uneven and blotchy. I asked Carlito if he would have his crew come out and fix the problem. He did, but it seems at Great Reluctance. Suddenly, he and his office became chronically unavailable to texts and/or phone messages. I was always polite when I tried to reach him and I did not expect to be automatically made top priority, but I had legitimate concerns, and I would have preferred his company do a better job communicating with me. For the record, my deck stain is still noticeably uneven, but looks better than it did after their first attempt. I can recommend this company, but with strong reservations.

The work that was done was good, but I am not happy with the NO response to calls not being returned for problems with some of the workmanship.

Carlito and his crew are amazing. Carlito walks you through the quote and material purchases personally. The work then performed by his crew is second to none. Always on time, considerate and kind, the time they spent in my home was never a burden. I have worked with Miracle Contractors on more than one project, and will continue to work solely with them in the future.
