Crouse Plumbing & Heating

I used Crouse Plumbing and Heating when I needed my toilet repaired and a new water heater. My parents are elderly and have had there share of people taking advantage of them with expensive repairs or poor workmanship. They wanted to know if I knew of a good plumbing company in the Howard County area, and I immediately thought of Crouse Plumbing and Heating. Bob came to my parent's home and determined they needed to replace two of the three toilets in their house. Bob didn't have any toilets on his truck, but stated he would come back with them and he did. He came back with an extra set of hands (a colleague) and they installed the toilets the same day. Once the toilets were installed, Bob checked and made sure the pressure in the water line was released. My parents were SO happy with the service they received. Bob came out for an estimate on replacing my hot water heater, was on time and we walked through different options to relocate my hot water heater as it's current location obstructs movement in my laundry room. The estimate was very competitive and with their level of experience I'd trust him to do any plumbing work in my home
