Your man Ro was excellent. The job presented him with several unusual difficulties, but he worked through all of them to complete the work we wanted. Ro was very clear in his explanation of our options at each step. He described the work needed, and then he carried it out exactly as described. He was considerate about costs, and attentive to any other concerns. On top of all that, Ro has a ready sense of humor, and is enjoyable to talk to. We highly appreciate the work done, and we would love to have Ro back for any future work. Thanks.

This company is awesome. Just moved to Baltimore. Had an emergency and the dispatcher Debra was very nice and efficient. She was able to send someone on short notice. And the gentleman Elijah who came to look at the problem was a gem. He was pleasant, professional, respectful and knowledgeable about what was going on. He answered any and all questions that we may have had. Even offered to help with the cleanup. Definitely will be calling this company again if there is any future issues. Service: Toilet repair
