I have never been so pleased and happy with a car insurance company in my 17 plus years. Rick been outstanding, he always gets my issues resolved in a timely manner with the up most professional manner. Thanks Rick for being there ☺️

I highly recommend speaking with Jabari at this location. Recently, my family’s accounts were transferred here due to our broker retiring and that location closing. It has been a bit frustrating since we weren’t able to obtain much information about our many policies, or have a point of contact. Recently, we needed to add a new car to our policy, and report a claim for another vehicle, and also make sure our other policies were secured. We we’re getting no where and even considered switching out of StateFarm all together; until, we finally got directed to Jabari. Mr. Jabari’s attention to detail was very helpful while answering my many questions. He provided me with thorough information and detailed feedback which helped solve our current issues and provided some reassurance. He also, educated me on other policies that StateFarm offers; which will be very beneficial to my family’s future needs. All in all, he was very professional, patient, knowledgable, and kind. Most times when dealing with insurance companies it is not a pleasant experience and he executed excellent customer service which gave my family reassurance, and confidence that we were with the best insurance company. If you want to deal with this agent. I would say avoid Rick Washington and Jabari. Both have huge issues with understanding what a client requires.
