It's nearly impossible to get ahold of Jeremy, and my request for callbacks were ignored. I never received assistance from their office for help with my pothole claim when I asked, nor did they explain that accident forgiveness wasnt part of my policy. I was ignored by Allstate and the office when part of my claim needed to be towing damage, which was not my fault. Their rate raises and removing my discounts was quite the penalty for a rather small claim. The chat agent online was more helpful than the office. Id highly suggest going somewhere where the people are friendlier and can offer more help. Update: Responding to my 1-star review characterizing me as reckless and entitled sums it up. I had a bad experience, left a bad review. They found time to reply to my review, but not to call me back. I suggest reading their reply and seeing if thats who youd want when you need help.
