Let me start off by saying I give this location 0 stars!
I was taken advantage of by "Ninotchka Marie". I have been giving my service to Liberty Tax for the last three years just at a different location, And this year I decided to try this location because it was close to me at the time, But this will be the last year I would ever go to Liberty Tax. I considered Liberty Tax as family and people who want to help you but on 2/22/19 it changed my whole outlook on this company. This young lady Charged me $614.00 For her service because I didn't know any better. This was my first year claiming my 7 month old son and her reason why the price was so high was because "I have a kid now". And its more paperwork. I've called 5 different Liberty Tax Locations told them all the documents I have and they all told me the price would be around $300.00-$350.00 Max. The day after I filed my taxes with her I went back with my Significant other to get a break down of the prices of each document this young lady had a attitude from the time we walked in the door. She was very rude and didn't really want to explain the break down of the prices. She made nasty comments to my s/o and was smart with him. All we wanted was to understand why the price was so high and why I was being charged double. Moving forward we asked what can we do to get a fair price and she simply told us "Nothing" we asked can we speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and it was no one over top of her. Liberty Tax please consider who you have working for you because people like her are hurting your business and she should never represent herself as such a rude individual. To everyone who was thinking about coming here for your taxes please stay away I don't want anyone to go through what I went through!
