Arlene is absolutely fantastic. I have been coming to her for 4 years to get my taxes done and every year is such a pleasant experience with a good return. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I cant say enough about my experience at Liberty! It almost feels like family. Arlene is a true professional and knows her stuff. Having your taxes prepared has always been a pleasure going to the Ellicott City office. Okay, I might be a little bias bc Arlene is the best. Yesterday, we talked about Bob Marley and Jimi Hendrix which are two of my favorites. Which helped me to relax. Ultimately, I thank the entire office for all that they do for the customers and how hardworking they are. Thanks again, Dawn
