We made an appointment online to get blood drawn for our 12yo, who isn't a fan of needles... Check-in was simple via the kiosk. They were taken back quickly and ahead of the appointment time. Child said the process was "quick and easy, and didn't hurt." They were in and out in 5 minutes.

This was the worst and most painful blood drawing Ive had to date. They were quick to see me, but my phlebotomist had AirPods in the whole time so when I was explaining how I dont do well with needles and was asking her questions, I kept having to repeat myself. She did not seem to care at all. Usually theyre good about distracting you and getting your mind off it but not here. Ive never had my arm hurt this much after a blood drawing. Will not return to this quest
Edit: this is the first time Ive ever had a blown vein. Incredibly painful

Best blood draw I ever had, hands down. Its usually really difficult and painful to draw my blood. Ive even been sent home unsuccessfully before.
Brittany took my blood in a few seconds, and I didnt even feel it! Brittany is the best! Coming back here for all of my blood draws.
