Had 2 hours booked with her. Showed up at the address that is listed on the google business page. Was told she had moved, and attempted to call her 3 times with no answer. The ladies at the salon she used to work at gave me her new address, continued trying to call and text, told her Id be there in 15 minutes(which would have put me at 19 minutes past my appointment). She texted back while I was en route and told me wed have to reschedule. I asked if she could wait til I got there to assess my hair and how long it would take(since I had 2 hours booked with her). She told me she would not see me, as she has a 10 minute late policy, but she threw in that she wouldnt charge me a late fee (how kind of her ).Keep in mind, the only reason I was late is I went to the address that she has on google. Also, all of this is through text because she refuses to pick up the phone when I kept calling and calling. Immediately pulled over, traded in the Groupon, and went back to the salon that she used to be at and told them what happened. They were kind enough to get me in. So basically, went to the address she has listed (which was wrong), was 18 minutes late because of it, and she refused to even see me. This young lady does not know how to do business or treat her clients. Service: Haircut
