        Im a black woman that has been wearing my hair natural (curly) for years. I decided to go to this shop back to back (twice) to get my hair straightened. While I was on vacation I decided to wash my hair and go back to my curly look and my hair would not curl up at all. I did notice a burning smell of my hair on both visits, but I figured it came from the smell of the flat irons. My theory is that it was too much heat on my hair or there is a straightener / chemical in the shampoo or conditioner. I shouldve read the reviews prior to going to this shop. Now I have to cut off all of my hair and start all over again!

        Overall, the experience has been good and my hair always comes out looking great. This isnt the only place I go, but its at the top of my list.

I love Angelas personality and customer service, she cares for the health of your hair and offers a professional not rush job.       Good afternoon Tracey, it's sad that you have that opinion without taking into account that the use of the blower and the iron, especially when used at home, also changes the pattern of curls, but just to inform you that we do not use any type of altered product, and even less with a relaxer. Well, as we all know, almost no one uses that these days, and even less without consent, you should look somewhere else where your hair is affected, we respect our clients, and we would never put anything in their hair that the client does not authorize, and much less any abrasive chemicals, which could damage your hair,
      I'm sorry to hear that happened to you, but I assure you it wasn't because of our products. Whenever you want you can come and observe and even take samples of our shampoo.
