They are Not customer friendly, customer loyalty means nothing to them, there are two chairs and two stools, letting you know they want you out quickly, (what did they do with the long couch at the old building)🤔 there are machines where tellers use to be, and unfriendly faces when you ask for help...I've seen older customers try to use them and some who after waiting with no help, just turn and leave, they've changed my account number, and couldn't tell me why or when they did it, ain't that a kick in the head, only that I could still use the old one for up to two years before the original was no longer useable...What!!!🤨😐

Poor customer service can never get though on the phone to a real operator to talk too very rude worker. Dont know there job correctly not qualify for there position they have. Very bad service and need to set the credit union back to qualify working teller no one want to deal with a big laptop screen want to be able to talk to who s dealing with your money and concerns

Employees have no training, give misinformation, had to go there several times to correct mistakes they make. Need better customer service, that reason they keep going to court

I did an online check with drawl on 1/23/2018 and called seven business days after not receiving the check.. The customer service representative asked me to wait until four additional business days, since it takes ten business days. I called back after the sixth business day and she told me I needed to come in and dispute that I had not received the check. When I asked her if it had been cashed she told me that she did not know; her accounting department would. Then why do I have to come in and dispute it? Also, she told me that she had called and left a message. I guess she called the wrong number, because I did not receive a message. Currently they are looking into this issue. If the check has not been cashed; cancel it and re-issue me another one. DUH!!!! I will be closing my count and joining Navy Federal!!!
