Absolutely THE WORST finanaical institution I have ever had to deal with. I set up a direct pay for my car loan and it mysteriously stopped working. I received a call on a holiday asking if I would like to pay and I said, "sure". They then told me it would be a 10.00 service fee (third party). I then called the following day and waited an hour to speak with a customer service representative (who was rude and apathetic). Obviously, this establishment has a problem. DO NOT USE THIS INSTITUTION. There are many that are way better.

Customer Service is terrible. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get my Visa card verified in order to make a large purchase. One person would say one thing was the problem, another person would say another thing was the problem. Transferred over to other departments and put on hold for up to twelve minutes, all to no avail. Told to call one department, and that department would tell me to call the department that I had just called. Finally, they said the Verified Dept. did not have my birth date so their hands were tied. Would not take my word for my birth date even though I've been a member for years. I will be leaving this credit union for another in the next few days.

This is one the worst banks for customer service period. They're always in your account looking at your personal information after you leave. When I tell you they give no information about their services believe it. They've never given me any options for protecting my account. After I have complained several times then they want to offer help. It's a little to late when you just took my money now you want to give me a credit.  I've had so many problems with this bank they're the worst. The people are for the most part just horrible not everyone but most. Nine are helpful they're quick to say all federal institutions to xyz how do you know. Ugh... If you can stay clear do its not worth it there are better Credit Unions.
