        Our commercial contract was acquired by American Pest when they purchased Triple S. Not only did our account slip through the cracks, to register as their new client and set up communication/notification, there was no communication at all regarding scheduling visits. Given the pandemic and businesses closing, American Pest was neither communicative or empathetic to the uncertain times we are all trying to deal with. Due to the below industry standard in service and vendor communication, we have terminated our account with American Pest. Services: Inspection, Cockroaches, Mosquitoes, Spiders, Hornets or wasps
