Good luck getting a hold of them. I've been on hold for 20 minutes just to get an appointment. I'd hate to think how long I'd have to wait if I needed follow up service with this company if this is their customer service with potential clients.

Rarely do I have time to write a review but feel compelled to share how great the service people are at this company particularly, Ms. Crystal Little in the office and John Simons on the road. It is also rare to have the front line people care enough to respond quickly and follow through like we experienced on several occasions over the years. Crystal, you deserve praise and a RAISE and if you ever need a job and the timing is right, you are HIRED. The company overall is excellent in my opinion with pricing and their very rapid response. We have been in business 45 years and have used many HVAC companies. We discovered Cropp-Metcalfe via word of mouth. Shout out to Matt Kirkland in Sales. Great team, great service and 5 star to all especially Ms. Crystal Little.

I called again and explained to Hannah that I needed maintenance service on my a/c immediately and had been told that the earliest appt available was a month and a half away and she immediately made an appointment for the next day. Bernard came and fixed my a/c. I am sorry that I did night get the name of the original Cropp-Metcalfe employee who made the August 17th appt, but if she can be identified from their records, she needs to be fired!

We enrolled in their maintenance program but when called for doing maintenance on our cooling system in May the earliest appointment they could give us was in July 5th!
By then our AC went down and we had to replace it in hot season. If they had come in earlier and found out problem with our AC we would have replaced it in a timely manner without much headache and incurring extra cost.
