I'm a new mom so being able to take this course at home was definitely a positive for me. The course is easy. It shocked me that it was free. Yes 100% free and you're guaranteed a job upon completion. I can't wait to embark on my CNA/GNA journey

I'm currently taking the evening CNA/GNA course with ItWorks Learning Center and have had a good experience so far. There definitely is room for improvement with staff and organizing the program and materials, but for a course that is being offered for free for many people, can't complain too much. It's a good place to start to get into the nursing field. Mrs.Teonya is a good instructor and flexible with her expectations when it comes to certain things. Thank you ItWorks and I hope the rest of my time in class is a pleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars I would! Almost all of the staff is disrespectful. The teacher I had talks to you like you are her children, better yet I wouldnt even talk to my children like that and the staff allows it and makes excuses for their behavior as if it is acceptable.They prefer you not to work and expect you to comply with their schedule and do not care about yours at all. I completed everything I needed to do for them to tell me I need to complete another week of clinicals because I passed but it was not to their satisfaction. They look for reasons to fail you or hold you back and its sad. I would not recommend this program to anyone because all you will have is problems. I believe they do it to try to get you to quit so you have to pay the money for the grant back.
