The job I applied for did not work out for me which is fine but how they handled this process was how every company should do it. Tiffany did not beat around the bush, she called and let me know what was going on and the run down of the job description. The very next day there was a change in the job which didnt make me a candidate anymore but she still called to let me know all the details. Very professional and upfront with their candidates.

Precise Home Management guided me into a role as home management professional/personal assistant for an individual in need of my services. I have over 14 years of experience in this field, successfully working from Los Angeles to the Hamptons. Despite my bona fides, its important to note that my placement did not occur without very deep consideration on Andrew and Tiffanys part, along with a deep vetting and great liaising between both myself and the client. Andrew and Tiffany worked their way through all of the nuances and made certain we ALL had a good fit.
The vetting process was thorough, and although some candidates may initially find the process daunting, I quickly came to understand and appreciate the logic: Precise Home Management is working to protect the interests on both ends of the client to worker spectrum. Its a brilliant way to do business, and brings both myself and my employer comfort and protection. Smart, and I wish this was a standardized model. Its not. And thats what separates Precise Home Management from other agencies aggressively recruiting/placing and focusing on profit over integrity. The PHM experience was so different. They've inverted that model and its very reassuring.
Andrew and Tiffanys communication is stellar. Administrative organization is stellar. Support before, during, and most importantly, AFTER onboarding was absolutely seamless.
Andrew and Tiffany are the real deal when it comes to trust, integrity and competency. Honestly, they are wizards of this realm! And I'm so grateful for their efforts.
