My mother has been in this location for over a week....I have found all comments before mine to be true. My mother needs help standing and going to restroom...she has been left for hours with no attention while sitting in her own urine and feces, no human should be treated this way. Some of the staff is helpful at showing U where to get materials needed to clean your love one and to change there beds while other with in minutes of asking about materials, will tell U there are none available after that U wonder what are they there for. Facility is badly run and most of the workers there are just buying their time while playing on their phones until their shift is done. I do not recommend the facility for care at all....

My Brother is a long term stroke patient at this facility his left arm and leg are incapacitated. He was given a scalding hot dish of soup and was left alone to eat it on his own and it spilled into his lap. He received 2nd degree burns on his inner left thigh. This happened in January 2019 and as of mid April there is still a horrible scar still visible. No one at the facility seems to care . Please don't place anyone you love in this horrible place. Negative 0 stars .

I would not recommend this facility to anyone much less a loved family member.

I would not recommend anyone to put their loved one in this facility. The quality of care if horrific, if not criminal.
