All of the negative reviews for this Baltimore facility I would likely believe 100%. My friend is in an unfortunate situation and has ended up in this "dump" after the beds are full in most other rehabilitation facilities. When visiting my friend, I was able to witness in person the lack of care and quality in this facility. It is full of people who are on drugs, ex convicts, etc. The facility stinks so bad of dirt, mold, feces, and cigarette smoke. Most importantly the current conditions and care offered at this place will not effectively rehabilitate and help the patients admitted. Please, if possible do not allow this place to take in your loved one(s). THERE IS A 90 day clause apparently added into their paperwork when you are sent there that RESTRICTS YOUR ABILITY TO LEAVE without extreme penalty. They want to get as much money as possible from your insurance to help pay for the facility but do not pass that money onto the patients by caring for them with medical care, food, etc. If you want your loved one to end up worse, scared for their life then take them here. If there is another option please choose that instead.

0 STARS. this place won't feed their patients , your loved ones, and then refuse to assist them with food deliveries, ice, water, etc. PLEASE put up a fight if you are being sent here as an only option or, if your loved one is. There are only one or two people in this facility that care. The rest are awful and the patients in there are bad off. The place is dirty , etc

It is unbelievable that this place actually pays for the service offered here. Double mask because there is no telling what you will leave with. Be sure to bring nutritious food to your loved ones and visit often.

I went to visit someone here, and am in shock. I dont know how this place is still open.
