The hotel has very nice appearances BUT beware. Our particular room had ketchup stains on the wall, small hairs in the shower, grime around the refrigerator and a bathroom sink that wouldnt drain. The beds were clean and comfortable and it was nice having TVs that you could access your streaming accounts. Breakfast was hit or miss and they were out of coffee. Overall it was a decent stay but we wouldnt book again.

04.06 Stay:
Arrival and check in went smoothly. The lobby is gorgeous, the hotel after the lobby and bank room is quite normal, crooked pictures, light figures and door locks.
The elevator broke around 8 pm, we were on the 11th floor which means we have to take the stairs to the 10th floor and grab one of the others. Overall staff upon check in was amazing!
Check out was a nightmare, not because of the front desk staff. The valet is the worst Ive ever had. To begin, the valet didnt even bring me the keys after seeing my sister and I standing beside my car. I had to go and ask for it. Red flag! After loading up my vehicle I notice my car has a flat tire, the front driver side. Surely the valet noticed this, proceeds to drive my car on the flat tire and park without once mentioning this to me. So I go back and notify the young valet with the blonde hair, this person comes out and looks at it and said they will speak to the manager and see if they have a pump.
I noticed them speaking to an older woman in the street, this woman doesnt acknowledge us at all and walks behind the building never to be seen again. No one else besides the young valet said anything to us, at this point were sitting in my car for 20 minutes waiting my brother to arrive with the air pump my sister speaks with the hotel manager. A young guy comes out completely dismissive and uncaring about our situation because he just got out of a meeting never offered any help or expressed any concern. The whole experience left an awful taste in my mouth, I will be reaching out to speak with someone in corporate at both companies since the valet company is contracted. I do not recommend this place, unprofessional and rude just to stay at a quite outdated hotel without any windows, prison feeling.
