Hotel Ulysses

They refused to honor a gift certiciate for a room I gave my sister. She visibley has cancer. I live in the neighborhood. I will be sending all my future guests to Hotel Revival.

I can't say enough how much we appreciate Zuri, at the front desk. She went over and above to help us out, make us feel welcome, and provide a great experience. She's a top notch hospitality professional who is vibrant, fun, and has lots of great tips. In all honesty, this review would be not be 5 stars without her, as we did not have the same level of service from everyone..... The bars are especially beautiful for an intimate evening cocktail. Overall, the hotel is beautiful with an art deco / Gatsby feel. Most of the rooms are tiny but have interesting interior design. I will definitely be back!

The girl at the bar cut us off on our wedding party who had a whole block to stay the night and it was still early around 12:30 just cut us off for no reason. The bowl haircut girl working in the bar bloom. We were all staying in the hotel for the weekend.. the girls at the desk were great and didn't understand why they cut our party off Rooms: Rooms small
