    Unfortunately my job switched vision insurance so I had to come here. I'll seriously pay out of pocket next time and go somewhere else. The tech was not friendly at all. The lady that greeted me and the one that fitted me for my glasses were both very pleasant though. My appt was over zoom. So I'm speaking to a screen. That was ridiculous. It has been over 2 weeks and I STILL don't have my glasses! Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency or I'd be SOL. If you're thinking of going here, just don't. Anywhere else is better.

    Beware of scheduling a virtual appointment! Scheduled online when I arrived I was told I needed to pay $44 for a required screening. After that I found out that my appt was virtual which consisted of a tech recording my eyes with a camera and then talking with a doctor on the tv. This is my first time experiencing this but will not be back.

    I first was seen at this office end of August for contacts and glasses. When I got my trial contacts and glasses, the prescription in the left eye was completely incorrect and blurry(glasses and contact order was already paid for). I was seen for a recheck, they acknowledged it wasn't the correct prescription in my left eye whatsoever. At this point, I got a second, correct pair of trial contacts. I went in last week for a third recheck and told the doctor this prescription was correct and the contact order could be sent through, well they ordered a year supply of contacts in the original, incorrect prescription. Six months at this office, and I still do not have the proper eyewear and have been wearing incorrect lenses and glasses for that amount of time for my left eye. Wouldn't recommend.

    Emily was amazing. My daughter has really rare vision and she worked through all our options and was just so sweet. She is extremely professional, and builds great rapport with her customers. A+++++ The tech that did the tests with my daughter had an attitude the whole time. She was very short with us and would not answer any of our questions. If it wasn't for all the things the Emily did for us. We would probably never come back just because of technician that was so mean to my child. I don't remember her name. I was afraid to ask her. She would have been rude.

    I normally dont write negative reviews but today was an upsetting day. I live about an hour from this specific location because its the only location near me to take my insurance. Getting stuck in unexpected traffic, I tried calling the office 5 times. Left 4 voicemails explaining I will be 5-10mins late for my appointment time. Once getting to the location I was unable to find parking near the office so I parked around front. At this point I had called again to explain, I was parked and running around the building. Once I arrived in the office I was greeted by a woman who seemed less than enthusiastic. I apologized for being late and explained I had called numerous times with no answer but my appointment was at 3:10 (I got there at 3:21). She then stops me and says we have a window of 10mins. Obviously I understand upholding policy but I was a minute late past their policy. I asked if there were anymore appointments for today since I drove over an hour to get there. She barely looked at her computer and told me there were none and I can reschedule for 3 weeks from then. I am a full time student so I am unable to come back for this eye doctor appointment. I would have appreciated more empathy from the receptionist. I understand if your offices are busy and cant answer phones but when I arrived I was the only one in office. This was a less than pleasant experience and will most likely not be coming back to this office location.
