        Every time I bring my mother.the wait time is greater than one half hour. No apologies as if my time isnt valuable. Its disgusting.

        The medical staff are fantastic - very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The reception staff - less so. I was told quite rudely you cant be in the waiting room as I was just the patients wife. Then had to sit outside in the hall, on the few seats available, near the doors constantly opening in the 18 degree weather. I understand the concern about Covid-19 but this seems to be extreme. Communication by phone was difficult because of the noise. My husband had to have a procedure, unknown to him, and he would have liked to have me with him very much. Maybe the reception staff could be more polite in explaining why.
