The staff is amazing! So friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! They took time with me in choosing my glasses, and we very kind to my son who had to attend my appointment with me. Theyre definitely my go to from now on!!! Ms. Karen is absolutely delightful!!!

Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. Easy to schedule appt. Dr Sarah was very nice.

So sorry to say this, but if you are a patient that used to come here when it was Weaver's, do not come back. Nothing is the same as this now chain company hires any buffoon that walks through the door. Management does not do their job and doesn't even know what they're doing. District manager doesn't care. Can't imagine how patient care is going to be in the next coming months with inadequet management and having driven all the good employees out.

What a great experience at the eye doctor today! Staff was very kind and efficient. Ive been going to the same eye doctor in TX for 14 years, so I was sad to make the transition EXCEPT that receptionist Karen, Dr. Terry Smith, and the eye tech (didnt catch her name, but she was sweet, too) made the process so pleasant and easy. Thanks, all, for the care I received today! New contacts, here I come.
EDIT: I didn't owe anything in office, but a month ago MyEyeDr. sent me a bill in the mail for $55. After I paid it, I received another notice today for $205 more. I'm not going to take a star away from this location, but beware of MyEyeDr. as a company. I don't think this would have happened if I'd stayed at a small clinic. Sigh. Time to call the hotline and wait on hold to find out why I suddenly owe more money... again.

I hate to have to leave this because I had been going here for years. The doctors are fantastic, but with the takeover from MyEyeDr the rest of it has turned to absolute garbage and lies. Had my check up, they said they worked with my insurance and took the information. Appointment was fine and they went over what I owed even said they had a special on the price of contact lenses. All lies! A month later I receive a bill for an additional $172 on top of the $254 I already paid them. They told me at the appointment with the insurance that is all I owed. Now the contact lenses were more than they said and I owed them more because they couldn't get my insurance figured out. When I spoke with my administrator for my insurance, they never even reached out to them. Called the number for the bill to figure it out, and was unfortunately stuck with someone that we had a major language barrier and all he would say is my insurance was not valid. I explained they didn't even contact them, he said he would re submit it. Sure enough a little over a month later, I get the bill again. They never did anything.
I will NEVER return here again. Time for a new eye doctor. They lie, rip you off and charge more later and refuse to do anything. Another big company buying up places and ruining them with ridiculous prices, awful customer service and lies.
DO NOT GO HERE!
