Service was very slow and poor quality. Had to wait for 15 for the waitress to come over. Waited 5 more minutes for breed and for her to ask what we wanted for drinks. 15 more to actually get the drinks and then 15-20 more to get food, the steak was fatty and looked dry and the French fries were burned and the toilet was overflowing! Disgusted, would never go back!

I did NOT enjoy my last visit. I ordered a Chicken Parm sandwich which had absolutely no flavor & the marinara sauce only tasted like tomatoes! Yuck! Also my client's coffee was ice cold & my ketchup container was broken & falling apart. You could tell attention to detail was lacking. The enteance is also a hike from the parking lot, very inconvenient to the elderly or disabled. Will not be eating there ever again. The waitress was nice but that was the only positive. The decor is very distracting & there is way to much going on. The waitresses also hang out in a room w/ thecomputers so you don't see anyone except other customers. Not impressive at all & I live in the area!
