      This is completely unacceptable, as the owner I feel personally responsible for your bad experience. We do not tolerate that kind of behavior from our staff. I've asked that she dedicate 15 minutes of her shift to standing in the walk in freezer to to think about the importance of quality customer service.

      image OMG! We just went to Borealis for the first time on Christmas Eve and it was an 11/10. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast paninis (rosemary bread!), pastries and coffee were so delicious. It was truly the best (and jolliest) start to the day!
