Redzone Wireless

The tech was awesome. He did his job and did it very well. He asked where we wanted everything instead of just putting it where he wanted. He was very down to earth and made the process enjoyable. We were unsure how the service would be and we haven't had it for long, but so far we are very impressed. We can watch movies, the kids can do their thing on computers, phones, and tablets, all without a hitch. So glad we decided to try Redzone!

Installation took place quickly and efficiently. Our Internet has definitely improved over the DSL that we had before. Still not very fast but faster than we've had in years.

2020: Great customer service, very responsive. When you call, you get someone right here in Maine. Installation tech was laid back and quick, service is reliable and as advertised so far. I’m very happy to put my money toward a local internet company instead of corporate monopolies who don’t actually care. Thank you very much, I highly recommend! Update 2021: Unfortunately the service became very unreliable a few months in. Speeds were either slow or connection kept dropping. I can see the tower, which is less than a mile from my house. My signal is so strong here they only gave me an indoor modem, and even having a tech come out didn’t solve my issue. I ended up disconnecting service and moving over to a hotspot which gives me 5-10x the speed and a more reliable connection. I still love the fact that Redzone is local and commend them for building out a network in Maine, but the technology needs a boost.
