        I have never had such a hard time with a phone company until Consolidated Communications took over Fair Point. There customer service is usually some person in Texas who doesn't know what they are doing! They don't care whether you have service, they put you on hold for extended periods of time to never being able to help you! This company is the worst!! Every person tells you something different and they NEVER call back when they say they are going to. Truely horrible!!
