Hands down absolutely worse customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Unfortunately both times I've been there I've had the displeasure of dealing with the same young arrogant and lazy millennial employee. He was not the manager but in my opinion there is a trickle down effect. If there is poor management there are poor employees. However, not all Sprint employees are awful. In order for me to get two rather simple issues taken care of I had to speak with a Sprint Manager from a Florida location and both were delightful and extremely helpful with a very quick turnaround. And I was told by one these managers that the young man in Portland Maine was just "lazy and he lied to you". On my second visit (brand new phone with TT Insurance has no audio when using phone or microphone) the above mentioned "employee" after a feeble attempt at trying to make a call with my phone (DUH, no audio dude) and second guessing me only to find out what I told about the phone audio/internal mic was true (this guy hates the truth) then he said there nothing he could do for me & that I would have to call the corporate technical service dept in MA and maybe they could help me. I retorted "with what? my phone has no audio and noone can hear me". He said download skype and try that. Can you f'in believe it? Again LAZY but also stupid (we already determined I had a malfunctioned internal mic!!!) By this time i was irrate with his cavalier attitude and called him a lazy idiot. With his overly inflated ago he ordered me "out and to never to return again"!! So I left and called the Florida Sprint Mgr and he resolved the situation in 10 minutes. Internal microphone has failed (##72786# test) and new phone on the way. Please reconsider Sprint all together if you're in Maine or at the very least avoid the Radio Shack Sprint store in the Pine Tree Shopping Center.
