Midcoast Aerus

We bought a C150 a little over a year ago. Even though I felt really pressured into buying the system, everything was fine until it came time for the yearly check up. Ever since the maintenance check the unit does not come on nightly and when it does come on our kitchen sinks fill up. Each time it fills up higher until it overflowed last night (4/30). Luckily we were up and were able to clean the water up. Who knows how much damage would have been done if the water had set on the floor all night. We have called multiple times since 4/22 and have yet to have the technician call back. Customer service has been horrible. UPDATE: The lack of communication issue was due to a change in ownership. Thank you Tom for responding so quickly on your first official day as the new owner. Tom came out personally to check on the matter and sent their plumber out as well. The plumber was able to identify the problem and we are on our way to getting it fixed.

This company provides an excellent service, they are fast in the installation and they explain to the client what they need to know about the installation system. They know the product, they install it quickly and they are very professional.

My wife and I received a water test and purchased a reverse osmosis system from Pure Experts. I was extremely impressed with how polite, respectful, informative and responsive Eli was throughout the entire process - that type of consumer experience is unfortunately not common. Paul (the plumber) also provided the same high quality experience. I am looking forward to continuing to do business with them in the future.
