Unfortunately, my experience with this plumber was not satisfactory. On a couple of occasions, I found them to be less than professional and their behavior was unpleasant. I value good customer service and, in this case, it fell short of my expectations. While they may have the necessary skills to do the job, I would personally prefer to work with a plumber who treats their customers with respect and courtesy. Therefore, I will be exploring other options for my future plumbing needs.

Called around and got quotes on conversion from oil to gas. Went with this outfit and was very happy with the outcome. Had a gas wall boiler and indirect water heater set up. Everything works great. Very professional and upfront on the work, the contract and the timeline. Very workmanlike finished heating panel. Had this installed over a year ago, made one service call on a minor drip which they promptly responded to and no problems to speak of. Would recommend.

Sent unqualified tech to clean home water heater. Sent 2nd tech to finish, he broke a part of the unit. Bill showed a hidden cleaning fee that was never agreed upon; labor cost for both techs; cost to replace part broken by tech. Questioned the bill, owner raised his voice to me and wouldn't budge on cost. Will never use them again or refer them ever.

They were great! I bought a new house in which they did the plumbing. There was a problem where the grout from the shower install clogged up a pipe and caused a leak. Even though they did the work for the builder, not me, they came and fixed the problem and never sent me a bill. They really stand by their work and it is much appreciated!
