We had an appointment set with Robert who seemed prompt and professional in person. Came quickly to see the work (sink and dishwasher installation) right in the same city.
We travelled from MA 2.5 hours to meet Robert on the day he suggested ... for nothing. He didnr answer the 2 phone calls at 8 am or the 3 text messages over 2 days!!
Who does that? Not professional tradesman but maybe someone who thinks u wont expose them .. 5 hours of driving and staying at our place without a working sink. Cost us more to eat out for 3 days than to buy a new sink and have the work done. .. mind u hes 3 miles away! So thank you Robert we enjoyed our 3 days with a small child and no running water from our sink....
BEWARE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET WORK DONE... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY.
