The best service. Had an emergency drain issue. Had someone there within 2 hours. Turned out to be septic issue. Had resolved within 24 hours.

ACTNOW is very responsive and professional. I was able to get someone to come out the day after I called regarding a septic pump that stopped working. Two men showed up and diagnosed the problem. The float in the pump was getting stuck. They cleaned it all up so it was functioning well again, then they took the time to teach me what to do if the problem ever happened again, and explained that the pump was very strong. I was shown how to easily bypass the float mechanism to get everything pumped out and that lesson turned out to be helpful.
A week later, the problem happened again, so they came back out after hours and charged me only for the part (a new float). For a second time, I was impressed. I told them that I didn’t need them to come out at 7pm on a Friday night and could make it through the weekend since I was shown how to make the pump work well enough to avoid a flooded basement, but the technician said it wouldn’t be any problem for him to come out to make the permanent repair.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in their coverage area. They are pretty costly compared to other area plummers, in my experience, but they call you right back, put you in the schedule quickly and stand by their work. I couldn’t even get a returned call from the other plummers I called and when one did call back, they couldn’t have fit us into their schedule for two weeks. That’s not the case with ACTNOW.
