Thank you very much for taking the time to offer feedback. We always appreciate hearing from our guests and the way that they are feeling. We have been extremely fortunate to have a wonderful team at River's Edge who are valued very much. It would be unprofessional and inappropriate for us to offer an explanation as to why team members are no longer with our company, but it is always our hope that our guests understand that we always have our team and our guests best interest at hand and if at times that means a team member is no longer with us than that is the decision that needs to be made. There have also been many instances where someone has made a choice to seek a new opportunity and we have and always wish those individuals well. Krystina is still with our company but no longer wishes to offer nail services as she has become a licensed Massage Therapist.We always appreciate each and every team member and value them very much for who they are and what they bring to our company, the community and our guests, to assume otherwise is a grave misassumption. Regarding your concern about products, we never want a guest not to have what they are looking for as this is frustrating and quite frankly a revenue loss for our business, but oftentimes these things are out of our control. Many companies/suppliers discontinue products frequently whether it is due to low sales because it is an unpopular product or because the company has decided to "reformulate" or "repackage" the product/brand. This is extremely frustrating for us too, but please know that we always want our guests to have the products that they want and keep the sale in house versus having you go elsewhere or online. We are so very sorry that you have experienced this frustration, but please know we are also frustrated with our suppliers when this happens. We can completely relate to your frustrations regarding price adjustments. Many of us, if not all of us, are all feeling the same feelings regarding price adjustments. To offer you some transparency, we are going on our 10th year in business and we have only adjusted prices one other time in those past 10 years. This is something that we are incredibly proud of and in complete transparency probably waited much too long to do. When you mention "perhaps the owner is more concerned with the profit margin and less concerned about clients", it is not only hurtful but completely and utterly inaccurate. It is absolutely the "job" of the owner of any company to be concerned about profit margins as this is how businesses survive for years to come but it is NEVER at the cost of our guests' experience or our team's well being. In this industry where health insurance, paid time off, and 401k benefit plans are unheard of we are able to offer our team those benefits and that in itself is a huge accomplishment and one of the many ways we show our appreciation for our team.
