I did not buy this place three months ago and no one on the reviews have stated that. I have owned this salon for over 9 years. So many untrue statements here, Baylee. This was your second time getting a haircut from the same stylist. She didn’t ruin your hair. You insisted on a short cut. She advised you against it but that is what you insisted that you wanted and that is what you got. When you left, you said you loved it. A local police officer called me and said you called them to complain about your haircut. Normally the protocol is to call the owner to talk about your dissatisfaction. I think most people know the police have better things to do with their time. The stylist showed me the late night texts that you sent her. She thought you must have been drunk because the texts were very toxic, calling her disgusting names and swearing at her. You left a voicemail threatening me that if I didn’t reimburse you, you would put up a bad review. After seeing what you text to the Stylist late at night and threatening me, there was no way you were getting a refund. Every stylist at the salon is very professional, anything but trashy and we have a fabulous reputation. Jealous? Of what? That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Clearly you have personal issues. Please seek counseling. And, yes, please go elsewhere! To all the stylists out there, BEWARE!! .
