This office is absolutely amazing. Michele Marchildon is an absolute God send, she is by far the best PA I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I have waited a while to give my feedback after giving too many chances to staff to make things right. Numerous times I have gone to appointments with the staff having no information in the system about my appointment. I’ve waited in the lobby well over 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment times, I have left urgent messages for on call providers with no call backs or even follow up days later. I have been misdiagnosed and given the wrong treatments with out any follow up to see how I’m doing. I’ve had to bring myself to the ER to receive a correct diagnosis. I am fed up with being put on the back burner at martins point and I will be switching providers, as well as my daughters.
