Went in today march 16 2024 been sick 2 weeks was exposed to rsv and i am still not feeling better. The np come in listen to my lungs ignore the fact i can not hear out my ear didnt even look at it. The WHOLE time i was there i was being told i need to quit smoking she didnt even look me over

dont even bother scheduling an appointment, all of the walk-ins after you will be seen first, and theyll leave you waiting anywhere from 30mins-1hr anyways.

The service at this place is terrible and should be avoided at all costs. The patient experience is optimized for provider efficiency, so the human patient is treated poorly. The medical professionals are inexperienced. Different providers give contradictory information to one another. The waits are *long* Even with an appointment, The follow-up service is non-existent, and the billing department is a nightmare. Basically, the robots are running this place.Maybe robots get good service, but humans, not so much. Finding a primary care doctor in Maine is awfully difficult, but worth the effort to avoid going to this galling and humiliating place. The person who wrote this NAILED IT! These doctors do not have a degree, There vacation, quick making money , life balance is more important than there job. But they really do not qualify as a doctor here in Maine! some doctors hide there medically college others may not, so theres is the worst in the country! These doctors do not belong working in Maine at! At best go back and get there schooling done! There cheap scape doctors! All of them here in the walk in clinic And trust me the board of Medical review is not very impressed with them So when you have a problem write them up There is no excuse for doctors not Caring for there patients! Maine needs to get ride of all inexperienced and incompetent doctors here in Maine. They need to go back where they came from!

They twice screwed up my medication. The first time was when i had a cough and they screwed up the paperwork. I had to wait a hole day before I could get my meds. The second time was when I came in for back pain that was touching on my sciatic nerve. The provider prescribed me with a medicine that now contains an ingredient it didnt have a year ago that I am allergic to. When I called to get it corrected I was told that she (the provider) figured I wouldnt have a problem since I had taken it in the past. That means she ignored my chart. When I told the nurse that I cant consume this medication they said to use over-the-counter meds. That means I waited all day for a medication I cant take, and a $65 co-pay from my insurance and they completely wasted my time. From where I sit that is incompetence.
