I have used Mark and Kerri Beal’s services for 2 home sales and one purchase. They are helpful and honest and go over and above for their clients. On more than one occasion, while showing homes to me, Mark pointed out problems, and advised against going forward; due to the problems in structure that I would never have known. I consider them friends now- not simply my realtors.

Over years of trying to contact Kerri about some of her listings as an interested buyer (I invest in real estate), she's proven time and time again to be too lazy to even respond to inquiries. This latest one the property has been on the market for 14 days, and we have not gotten so much as a text/call or email. She doesn't even list an office address on her website! And unless you have pictures already, she won't have the strength to take pictures of your home if you hire her. 6 of 6 reviews and all 1 star... Don't hire Kerri Beal!!!

Terrible. Impossible to get ahold of. Lost a potential real estate buy because of this. Absolutely terrible. Do not list your home with these agents.
