We would not have a house right now if it were not for this woman! She delt with my late night texts and hopes for last minute showings. I flipped back and forth with wants and needs and areas and had no clue what I was looking at most of the time. Our family of four has been in a tough situation for almost exactly two years since moving to Maine and she got us exactly what we were hoping for. Now we're finally in a house again and she will never know how much that means.

Sue was the realtor for my first home! I had met with other realtors before deciding to work with her, because she was so respectful of my desires, taste, and budget. I wasnt working with a huge dollar amount (so I assume her paycheck wasnt huge either) and we toured sooo many houses, and she stayed hopeful with us & helpful to us until we closed. Answered so many extensive questions from anxious me! Very responsive, impressive listing search technology, and a genuinely nice person to do business with.

Sue just handled the sale of my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with her work. There were glitches galore, and every time she made great suggestions, went above and beyond to make things work, and scooted us through the process as if nothing was amiss - even a closing in the middle of a power outage! You can trust Sue to know exactly what she's doing.
