        Three level residential building on the edge of outer downtown Bangor. Laundry area a available, separate storage and a community room for tenants. However this building has recently been sold a couple of times and some issues remain unaddressed, hence the three star rating.

        Cute apartments, however, smells of cat urine extensively in main hallway from Oak Street. Unsure why random shopping cart was in hallway.
