He was very patient and kind and he helped me through every step of the process making it much easier to purchase my home. This company does not repair anything on their trailers when people rent . They will blow you off, disregard your complaints/repairs. I've called many times, emails. Oh, and majority of the time you can't even understand the representative because her English isn't well. I've given up on ANY maintenance requests. I have no other option to move let alone come up with the moving costs and find a place that is adequate enough for our small family. I'm stuck and it's super disheartening. It shouldn't be this way. We are all just trying to make aliving and survive . :(

Yes they use automation & yes you only need them when something's wrong but they always answer phones, called back after messages or reply by email and have been very quick to work together or with themselves to resolve any issues

My boyfriend and I have been trying to find a place for our little family for 8 months. Finally we got an email from Logan and everything was so much better in our lives. We are so grateful. We are moving from northern Maine and the process was super easy. The portal is super easy to navigate. Logan answered all our email and calls with our little silly questions and made us feel reassured. We are so ready to move into our new place!!! :) :)
