        The customer service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Prices are outrageous. Parts estimated by Goodyear $586. Parts priced at other locations ranged from $250-$350. Not to mention the $300 in labor.

        would give less than one star if I could. this place uses the "bait and switch" technique on customers. we called to order some tires, Leon told the wife and I that the tire we wanted "were in stock at the warehouse in Miami", then he quoted us a great price on the tires. we told him that we would call back on the following Monday (which we did) and we spoke with Luben who stated that he ordered the tires, and then he told us the price, $100.00 more than originally quoted. Then when we go to get our tires put on a week later, they tell us that they "cant get the tires until April as there are no more left in North America". i went someplace else the same day, and got the exact tires i wanted. Leon and Luben both need retraining.
