        I had an excellent tire shopping experience with SpeedyTire. The price was so much lower than the typical options, that I was nervous to give them a try, but I took a chance and am very glad I did. Fast order processing, super fast shipping, and great service from Vi. I had a few questions and one issue, and Vi took amazing care of me. I will shop here again.

        Customer service is the worst. Vi answers and doesnt let me talk. Had to ask her for her name. We are the customer and we should be able to voice our concerns when our product was promised and never delivered. We had to call to notify Speedy tire that merchandise has not arrived because cant get no where with FEDEX since the customer was not the sender. Totally understand that most merchants are short staffed at times or that at times its beyond anyones control but rudeness and arrogance to assist customers is totally unacceptable no matter who you are- Vi. Very disappointed in this whole situation.
