        So much so that we decided to go to another motel. First time ever that we had a problem at Holiday Inn and we have been members since 1992. Marked this one off our list.

        Hotel staff was nice but the hotel itself needs a lot of help. Elevator buttons didn't work on second floor so you had to take stairs. I booked through Hopper and paid for a room with 2 queen beds but when I got there they were sold out and gave me a room with one king and a pull-out. 3 people had to sleep uncomfortably in one bed. The pull-out was smaller than a twin. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again until they clean the place up and do some needed maintenance.
