        Room doors didn't lock, filthy bugs on blankets .Housekeeping used racial slurs and this hotel doesn't honor platinum elite memberships. NEVER AGAIN Safety: Lock on door didn't lock . They didn't want to change my room.

        I was checking in and I forgot to bring my work ID but I still had my passport and Driving license, the front desk refuse to honor my rate, instead charged me $400 for a room I had booked for $120. I was forced to leave in the around 2am in the morning to look for another hotel. She refused to honor my rate.
