        the people at the store were nice but overall the Metro by Tmobile phone service is completely terrible. Everything takes forever to load i dont recommend

        If I could have put zero I would have. Just gave me the run around for my defective phone, (only had for two weeks) a inexperienced young lady working there and the guy who's always there totally avoided me, never called me back. So I went to another store and got my new phone the same day.. I will never visit this store again and I will make sure my family and friends don't as well... Just Horrible, thats all they care about is making a sale.. Horrible!!
