This Stores by far is the ABSOLUTE WORST! You have ignorant, uneducated, UNPROFESSIONAL people in customer Service. When I walked in the door you have folks yelling at you from the back of the store, as if I were in the projects! I knew I was going to have a problem with the Suppose to be store manager Kevin. So, I recorded the entire time that he and I interacted. Customer Service stated to me that I didn't have to fill out this physical application, that Kevin stated that was needed by RAC. SO THAT MEANS SOMEONE'S LIEING . The DM, Dawayne was to call me, but I'm still waiting it been over 5 days. Call backs are normally 48hrs. Also, the were trying to charge money when no money was due at the time. I told the Store manager to call customer service to get my approval Application from them he told me "I not calling Customer Service ". He was EXTREMELY Aggressive, and Violently MADD! Since Kevin didn't want to call customer service,. I did. At this point Kevin looked like her wanted to MURDER me. Kevin stated "oh you really trying to get me Fired", And, "if you don't fill out the Application then we're not doing business with you".I also, call the DM, Dewayne, the background conversation that was going on sound like you were in some type of dice game that went wrong. Or, a bunch of financially broken men at a very low budget strip club. It didn't sound like a workplace. GHETTO! I'M currently awaiting a phone call from the regional Manager Keisha. Never do business at this store. So, they went into my account and changed my info, to benefit themselves. They don't want to do business with me because, I exposed folks. My money spends anywhere. Never begging to spend it with RACHET businesses like RAC on Gause Blvd. We DO NOT need businesses like this in our Community. But I WILL RECEIVE JUSTICE in this matter!

The manger at this location is sketchy. I have him on my camera entering my neighbors house to take a rental set. My neighbors were not home at the time. This is scary to Think they had the audacity and confidence to do something like this. Scary situation

Very nice people and they well work with you if u have any problems with anything like paying or if u don't have a way they will come to u and pick up the payment!!
