image Worse experience ever. Monday my daughter gifted me a washer and dryer while buying herself a bed. Stephanie asked if we wanted to separate the orders but keep them under one account since I told my daughter the gesture was nice but I would pay my own portion. Stephanie stated she would put a note on the account stating these separate items are to be delivered on the same day. Stephanie told us the delivery day would have to be Thursday since Conns did not deliver on Tuesdays and a piece to the bed order wouldnt be available until Thursday; which means Wednesday was skipped over. I wasnt please but I said okay. Wednesday comes and we received a call about a bed delivery. After confirming the order we noticed Jaime from the warehouse never mentioned the washer and dryer. We reminded Jaime at the warehouse that a washer and dryer was suppose to be delivered as well. She looked the order up and said ok, I see it, as if she was correcting the delivery for Thursday. Thursday is here and we received a phone call about a bed only being delivered today. I am livid. I have called the store and spoke with Corey. Corey stated he was calling the warehouse to see how the error occurred. After not hearing from Corey in an hour (who was only trying to help) I called the store back and spoke with Corey. I explained that I didnt need an explanation, I needed the error fixed because I called off specifically for todays deliver and Im not available for a while after today. Corey stated he would call me back with an answer but in the meantime he was waiting on an answer back from the warehouse. I called to store back around 12p. The guy Jay that sold the items asked what I needed. I told him I would like to cancel the order. He stated Corey is busy and he would refer the message. I am now waiting on Corey to call me back so I can cancel this order. You can not do what you want, overlook important details and be stoic when dealing in business. I feel devalued and overlooked. My business should be just as important as any one elses and Conns EMPLOYEES should be more eager to correct a mistake on their part.
My biggest frustrations are the miscommunication and why did I have to wait on the washer and dryer if they were going to be delivered separately, the washer and dryer could have been delivered Wednesday 04/03/2024
As of Thursday 04/04/2024 1:50p. I havent got a call back from anyone and up until this point Ive have been handled with an it is what it is, attitude from Jamie at the warehouse and Jay at Conns store 225 was very unpleasant and short with me. He almost hung up the phone up in my face. I am very displeased and shocked with the customer service and appreciation Conns lack
